After writing a review or two, and scrolling through a couple of mud connectors; I was taken aback by the fact we don't have a avatar for Dreamscapes.

Sure, all the guilds do...

But what about DS?

Has there ever been a DS avi?

I'm sure that putting a picture where our... game is would help draw players as well. With so much spam floating around the net, its hard to trust anything that doesn't have a picture at the very least.

I like it, direct and to the point.

If you're open to it, would you mind if any of our artistic members submitted new banners here?

(Which also reminds me of the whole 'Name the realm' thread)

I mean, we're fine the way we are I imagine.

Just a few items to help polish up our image, not that we don't stun the world already. Cool

How about a banner design contest?

If you'd like to turn it into a contest then first of all, how many artists do we have that are willing to put the time into it?

Once we have a count, and a number of entrants then it's a definite possibility to consider the size of reward and whether to have it judged or make it vote based.

Give us a shout if you're up for entering this contest.

Aside from pen and paper, I have no other skills in making banners.

Perhaps I can learn something in time, but it is doubtful.

I was merely curious as to if we had a banner.

Lemme research some ways to create banners, maybe some flash or something, I dunno.

Got a bunch on my plate already, so I'm not entirely sure I can dedicate enough effort currently to finish a banner in a timely manner.

How big (pixelxpixel/size) are these banners supposed to be?

I have a few ideas I might be able to work into something or another if I could remember my old photoshopping days.

Make it as big, banner-proportionally as you like, it can always be re-sized for smaller adverts etc. ..Again I'd like to ask how many would enter if it were to be a competition, if there's enough interest then we'll definitely run one Wink

I've got an interest - I'll hopefully bang this one out in the next few days - I seem to have a few other things brewing at the moment as well.
